“You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view.”

~ Harper Lee

Two Sides of a River

Nasruddin sat on a river bank when someone shouted to him from the opposite side:

"Hey! how do I get across?"

"You are across!" Nasruddin shouted back.

“We begin to learn wisely when we’re willing to see the world from other people’s perspective.”

~Toba Beta

“If there is any one secret of success, it lies in the ability to get the other person’s point of view and see things from that person’s angle as well as from your own.”

~Henry Ford

P.S: Unless one is on the same wavelength as another…it is often difficult to perceive a different point of view.

There is great comfort in knowing that nothing is good or bad…right or wrong…it is thinking that makes it so.

The willingness to be open minded….and realizing that it is just someone’s perspective…… which is different from one’s own…is a great way to remain stress free.

Namaste,
