When you find balance you are suddenly beyond having your feathers ruffled by the stresses of day to day life. Potholes and pitfalls in your path don't magically disappear they just offer another interesting perspective to your journey. The more often you can acquire this state of balance, the easier it will become to attain and maintain it. It really is a long and winding road, how you choose to travel it is up to you.
