Our Earth Mother does not require us to heal her, she is just as capable of doing that herself as she has done so many times in the past. All she needs from us is our love, our understanding and for mankind to step down from his self-appointed lofty perch, to remember (or re-learn) his place in the endless cycles of Her renewal.
