"If there is anything that we wish to change in the child, we should first examine it and see whether it is not something that could better be changed in ourselves."
~C.G. Jung

The teacher asked her class what each wanted to become when they grew up. A chorus of responses came from all over the room. " A football player." "A doctor." "An astronaut.""The President." "A fireman" "A teacher." "A race car driver."

Everyone in the classroom had a response. Everyone, that is,except Tommy. The teacher noticed he was sitting there quiet and still.

So she said to him,"Tommy what do you want to be when you grow up ?"

"Possible," Tommy replied.
"Possible?" asked the teacher.

"Yes," Tommy said,"my mom is always telling me I'm impossible. So when I get to be big,I want to become possible."

"By loving them for more than their abilities we show our children that they are much more than the sum of their accomplishments."

― Eileen Kennedy-Moore

P.S:

Every child comes into the world with infinite potential.
What if, every adult who interacts with children, makes sure that the inputs he/she offers.....are only those that enable every child to grow up to be all  that she/he was created to be???
What a privilege to be able to do so!!!!!
What an awesome responsibility!!!!!!!
Namaste,
