There is so much stress around making choices.

The fear of possible repercussions often dissuades people from making a certain choice

that requires them to step out of their comfort zones.

What if,as Gary Douglas (the Founder of Access Consciousness) says a choice is only for 10 seconds?

In the next ten seconds one can choose something different.

There is really no need to judge or beat up on oneself for any choice made in the past.

That in my opinion is the real freedom of choice.
