The World Is Your Mirror

Laugh, and laughter ripples back
Cry, and tears surround you
Smile, and the world will smile
Frown…. and you’ll find frowns too.

The cheerful “Hello” will echo back
An unkind word brings only gloom
A happy face warms the atmosphere,
But, the cold shoulder chills a room.

Decided what it is you’d like from life,
For, as you live, so the world appears….
Live and act the part yourself:
The world reflects your smiles or tears!
