This Week's Word: Resolve

What a wonderful world it would be if we could resolve all of our issues. Unfortunately it is virtually impossible to go through life without a few items left unresolved.
When you continue to feel upset about the way a relationship or situation played out, you are still holding the energy. There are certain situations with people and circumstances that just can't be resolved in the outside world.
The key to moving forward is resolving the feelings within yourself. To accomplish this you must be in acceptance and let go of your judgment. Your peace is in your hands, don't give the power to others.

When we choose not to do so, we end up suppressing and piling up unwanted stuff…..which does not allow us to move forward in life with ease.
